LAMP RE-WIRING
Does your lamp need a new cord? How about a new lampshade? Does it need to be straightened, tightened, or fixed in another way? Giving new life to old lighting is a favorite thing for Jennifer to work on. The $55 price is based on a basic table lamp and includes a new 8 ft. gold or silver-wired plastic cord, new lamp socket and shell, plus a full cleaning and labor. A vintage-style fabric wrapped cord is an additional $20. Other parts are a-la-carte. We do not stock lamp parts for sale to the public.

Do you have a great piece that needs a facelift? New paint is one of the easiest ways to brighten up a piece of furniture. We use only high-quality furniture paint such as Fusion, Annie Sloan, Miss Mustard Seed, and Dixie Belle. We can also change out the drawer pulls, line the drawers with removable wallpaper, or rehydrate your wood finish with a coat of furniture oil. Do you have a dining chair that needs new fabric and padding? We can reupholster your chair seat or bench seat. Our price is $40/hour plus the cost of materials.

ROOM STAGING
Rearranging furniture and decor in a room is an affordable way to update a space. Jennifer can edit your items, make suggestions of items to purchase, and 'shop' in other rooms in your house until the mix is exactly what you are comfortable with. She can get your short-term rental ready for guests by reimagining pieces you already own. She can style your bookshelves or fireplace mantle, your living room, your entire house, or simply hang your artwork. Her rate is $175 for a 2 1/2 hour session, includes a 30-minute pre-staging consultation. Smaller jobs are welcome.
