What is your return policy?


In-Store Purchases Please return the item within 2 weeks. We will either refund your credit card, or (if purchased by cash or check) give you a store credit, as the staff may not issue cash/check refunds. A refund by check can be obtained with the owner. Online Sales All online sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, you may return it using the following return process:

  • Email us at shop@flourishmarket.com with information about your purchase: name, phone number, sales number, specifics about the damage, and photo of the damage.
  • All claims must be submitted and received within 2 weeks from receipt of shipment. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded.




When will my order ship out?


Flourish Market is currently processing orders within 1-2 business days. We will do everything we can to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. A tracking number is provided at time of shipping.




How do you ship my items?


We use US Postal Service Priority Mail whenever possible. Shipping time with this service is usually 1-2 business days, although delays may happen during busier times. We currently only ship within the United States.




What are your shipping rates?


Orders over $125 get FREE SHIPPING For orders less than $125 If your order is less than $125, we charge between $5 and $29 for shipping. The rate charged is based on the weight and size of the items. Heavier items and larger items will incur a slightly higher charge. We do not add a handling fee. Insurance is included up to $50.




Can I pick up my order from your location?


Yes! We can do curbside pick up! Since re-opening on Wednesday June 10, we are offering curbside pickup on ANY DAY that we are open for business - currently Wednesday - Sunday. There is no specific time, as any time during opening hours is fine. Please choose the 'pick up' option when checking out online. We will notify you that your order is ready for pick up.




Is gift wrapping available?


Yes! If you would like your item to be wrapped as a gift, please make note of this in your order. We will box it in a kraft paper box, add a band of wrapping paper and a ribbon. Please note, that larger items may not be able to be gift wrapped.




Do you have a privacy policy?


  • Flourish Market will never share your information with third parties.
  • We collect your name and email address during the checkout process both in-store and online.
  • Your purchase history is retained in our Square software POS.
  • Your credit card information is never saved.
  • We collect email addresses through voluntary submission on our website.
  • We will on occasion send newsletters, sale announcements, and other notifications to the emails we have collected.
  • You may at any time unsubscribe from these notifications.




Are all of your items listed online?


No, there are many more items in the shop. Some are too large and others are too fragile. And we haven't posted everything yet. We continue to add more items all the time. Check back often!




What does 'vintage' mean?


When we refer to a product as 'vintage', we are saying it was not recently made. While we often don't know exactly how old something is - and we often have very old antiques - they are usually between 15 and 50 years old.




Can you deliver my furniture to me?


Yes, we deliver! If the piece of furniture that you want is too large for your car or too heavy for you to carry alone, we can deliver it to you. Our delivery area is Southern Berkshire County from Sheffield to Dalton and the Albany area. Please let us know your details and we can quote you a price and make delivery arrangements.
